So here’s the info on the “Beat Dr. Ben NCAA Bracket Challenge”

Rules

1) You must live in (or within a 50 mile radius) Poplar Bluff MO to claim the Prize. (you can still play if you live elsewhere but you aren’t eligible to claim the Massage.)

2) You must complete your bracket and bring it by the Create Wellness Office (Behind Mayas Restaurant in Poplar Bluff) (If you aren’t competing for the prize you can fax it to 573-785-9355….if you fax it however…you are not eligible to win…even if you live in the eligible area)

3) 1 Point is given for each correctly picked game.

4) If we have a tie we will settle it using a “picked combined score” of the final game. (So don’t forget to put that on your bracket).

5) The Bracket must be from our office to win.

6) You must turn in your bracket to the office by 3/19/2009 at 12PM Central Time.

CONDITIONS

If My (Dr. Ben) bracket is the winner…then I get to pick the winner of the Massage.
