Merry Christmas!

It’s been a few days since I last posted and I just wanted to thank everyone for being so patient and supportive. We recently opened our Poplar Bluff MO clinic full time and I’ve been somewhat consumed with the launch.

January promises to be a busy time on the blog as I will be participating in the “Fitness 2009” program and documenting my progress on a near daily basis.

I Can’t wait to grow with you all in 2009 and I look forward to meeting you all in person too!
