As I said in the “3 Week Post“, the goal was to lower my cholesterol (which I did)…but I’m very happy with the program as a whole.

Disclaimer: Even though I live out most of my life online, I am extremely shy when it comes to certain things. This post is absolutely the “biggest limb” I have ever stepped out on. The reason I stepped out on this limb is because I think that its important for people to see results. This is not a bragging post (because I don’t think that I have anything to brag about).
