Exercise

Are you a Chronic Sufferer of Low Back pain?

Odds are that you aren’t doing the things you need to in order to maintain a healthy spine.

Here are two easy Exercises that will immediately make an improvement with your low back pain.

The “Cat-Camel” Exercise

  • Repetitions: 5 (Up then Down equals 1 rep.)
    1) Hand & knees
    2) Arch back like cat, flexing abs
    3) Let the back sag, sticking out butt
    4) Hold each position for 3 seconds

The Pelvic Lift (Bridging)

  • Repetitions: 5 (Up and Down equals 1 rep.)
    1) Lie on your back
    2) Bend Knees To 90 degrees
    3) Lift Your Pelvis off the flood
    4) Hold position for 3 seconds
(While in the up position, tighten your abs also)

Give me a week of doing both of these exercises everyday and I’ll guarantee that you see the benefit by the end of 7 days. Your spine thrives on movement between the joints, and the exercises above will fill in the cracks that your “desk job” leaves open.

Low Back Pain got you down? What have you done to help it so far?
